The Restaurant accepts table bookings exclusively online, through the mojstolik.pl website or the Mój Stolik mobile app, available on Google Play and the App Store.
-
Booking a table through the Mój Stolik app consists in purchasing a Ticket. The price of the Ticket is set by the Restaurant at the time of purchase and is collected through the Mój Stolik app under the Payment Terms of that service, available at mojstolik.pl/dokumenty. The purchase of a Ticket guarantees the booking. In addition, the Ticket price includes the Booking Fee referred to in paragraph 4 of these Terms. Tickets are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.
-
A table booking is subject to a fee of PLN 20 gross per person, which constitutes a deposit (zadatek) within the meaning of Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended) (the “Booking Fee”). This means that the Booking Fee is non‑refundable if the persons who made the booking do not arrive, or arrive more than 15 minutes after the booked time.
-
If the booking is used, the Booking Fee is refunded to the bank account from which it was paid within 7 working days of the date of the visit.
-
The Booking Fee should be paid at least 24 hours before the booked time. Payment can be made on Mój Stolik using the Przelewy24 online payment service, operated by PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (KRS 0000347935).
-
A booking may be cancelled through the Mój Stolik app no later than 24 hours before the confirmed time. In that case the Booking Fee is refunded within 7 working days to the bank account indicated by the Guest.
-
The Restaurant is also obliged to refund the Booking Fee in full where the booking could not be used for reasons attributable to the Restaurant.
-
In all other cases the Booking Fee is non‑refundable.
-
A booking can only be made once the Booking Fee has been paid. Failure to pay the Booking Fee is equivalent to cancelling the booking.
-
When booking a table, the Guest must provide the date and time of the booking, the name and surname of the person making the booking, an email address and a contact telephone number.
-
The standard time for which the Restaurant books a table is 120 minutes. At the Guests’ request the table may be used for longer than this, which should be indicated in the comments field when making the booking.
-
A booking is held for 15 minutes from the time chosen by the Guest and confirmed by Mój Stolik. After this time the booking is treated as cancelled and the table is released. In that case the Booking Fee is non‑refundable, in accordance with paragraph 3 of these Terms.
-
If fewer Guests arrive than declared, the Restaurant may, 15 minutes after the booked time, cancel the part of the booking relating to the missing persons by seating the Guests at a table with correspondingly fewer seats. Partial cancellation of a booking does not affect how the Booking Fee is settled.
-
The Restaurant does not guarantee more seats than the number selected when booking.
-
The Restaurant reserves the right to add a service charge of 10% of the bill for bookings of 6 or more people.
-
Any departures from these Terms must be agreed with the Restaurant manager and confirmed in writing or by email.
-
The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving a reason.
-
Guests with concerns about the booking process may submit complaints by email to reservationspl@theslavicsocial.com. Complaints will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt.
-
Guests’ personal data are collected and processed in accordance with the THE SLAVIC SOCIAL Privacy Policy, available at www.theslavicsocial.com. Failure to provide correct data, or providing incorrect or false data, makes it impossible to make or confirm a booking.
-
Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
-
The Restaurant informs Guests that it is not possible to withdraw from the contract once the order has been fulfilled. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended), a consumer has no right to withdraw from a contract concluded off‑premises or at a distance for catering services if the contract specifies the date or period of performance.
